President

Responsible for strategic planning, safeguarding Pinpoint’s Culture, and implementing Quality Processes. He formerly was the President and COO of Metro Information Services, a $325 million IT Staffing and Solutions company that maintained 44 offices throughout the US and Puerto Rico. Mr. Downing is also the Founder and President of GlobeMed Resources, a highly successful international healthcare staffing company. His expertise in building infrastructures, hiring key staff, and planning growth are critical to Pinpoint’s success.

Vice President of Operations

Responsible for oversight of business development, recruiting, teambuilding, and Client satisfaction. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT Staffing industry, working with commercial and public sector clients within southeast, central, northern Virginia, and the Baltimore-Washington, D.C. corridor.
