Andy Downing, President, is responsible for strategic planning, safeguarding Pinpoint’s Culture, and implementing Quality Processes. He formerly was the President and COO of Metro Information Services, a $325 million IT Staffing and Solutions company that maintained 44 offices throughout the US and Puerto Rico. Mr. Downing is also the Founder and President of GlobeMed Resources, a highly successful international healthcare staffing company. His expertise in building infrastructures, hiring key staff, and planning growth are critical to Pinpoint’s success.

Julio Pamias, Vice President of Puerto Rico Offshore IT Services and Metro IT Resources of Puerto Rico, is responsible for the quality and growth of Operations in San Juan and Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. He has over 18 years of experience in designing software solutions and providing IT staffing for Client companies throughout the Caribbean Islands. Mr. Pamias will directly oversee project quality assurance, use of project methodologies, project estimates, and all facets of project QA within the offshore development facility.

Andy Virga, Vice President of Finance and Human Resources, is responsible for all accounting, back office and human resource functions. He possesses over 24 years of experience with multi-location entities and is particularly adept at building back office and accounting infrastructures.

Godfrey Grier, Vice President of Virginia Operations, is responsible for business development, recruiting, teambuilding, and Client satisfaction. He has over 20 years of experience in the IT Staffing industry, working with commercial and public sector clients within southeast, central, northern Virginia, and the Baltimore-Washington, D.C. corridor.

Mike Martin, Vice President of Operations in Greensboro NC, is responsible for business development, recruiting, teambuilding, and Client satisfaction in the Carolinas. He has almost 30 years of experience in the IT industry in hardware sales, software sales and support, and technology services leadership.  Mike was formerly a Vice President of Operations for Metro Information Services responsible for 8 offices, and most recently held leadership roles with Keane Incorporated, including Regional Sales Vice President and Managing Director.

Susan Cunard , Vice President of Operations in Atlanta, GA, is responsible for business development, recruiting, teambuilding, and Client satisfaction in Georgia. She has more than 15 years of strategic IT business development and account management for IT consulting services organizations.  During her career Susan has held key business executive positions such as Business Development Manager, Managing Director, and VP of IT.
